Is your Retail Store open today?
Yes, we open from Monday to Saturday, 10:15am to 6:30pm, We are Closed on Sunday, Public Holidays & unforeseen reasons only. 

How long do I need to wait for my order/s?
We will try to get the delivery orders done within the next day, unless shortage of stocks will try to deliver within 5days (Excluding Sun & PH). In any case if we and our supplier ran out of stocks. we will contact you and proceed for the refund. 

What if I need to cancel my order?
An administrative fee of $10 will apply, unless we are unable to fulfil a part of, or your whole order within the promised delivery timeframe. Please send your cancellation request via email at kspetshub@singnet.com.sg or via WhatsApp at 9825 5008.

Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery services?
For orders above $80 , we offer free delivery island-wide, not applicable to Sentosa, Jurong Island & Offshore Islands. For orders below $80, a delivery fee of $10.00 will apply. << : if your order don’t quite qualify for the free delivery, why not add on an extra bag of treats or a toy to get your order delivered for free. You’ll save yourself the fee and get a little something extra for your Pets - they’ll love you for it! >>

Do you ship overseas? 
International Orders (Presently Malaysia & Indonesia)
Your packages may be subjected to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local custom office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Sellers will not be held responsible for parcels that are held up by receiving country(s) custom for any shipping matters. 

Can we exchange goods?
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases applicable for Local Singapore orders only.

  • We will exchange item(s) due to manufacturers' defect only.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • We will require you to provide the proof of purchase.
  • All sales of goods &/or any items marked as "Sale", "Clearance" or "Promotion". These items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Non-exchangeable goods include cage, hygiene products and expanded goods
