A.I.L. is an extremely safe but effective water based insecticide and insect growth regulator that gives three way protection for all avian species. When used directly on the bird, A.I.L. penetrates deep into feathers to kill mites and lice. When sprayed around the environment A.I.L. kills insects on contact and the residual action guards against re-infestation for up to six weeks. Also, the growth regulation effect of A.I.L. prevents insect eggs from hatching and newly hatched insects from reaching maturity. With a non-hydrocarbon base A.I.L. will not damage sensitive tissue like eyes.
Method of Application
Apply as a fine spray to the bird until feathers are dampened. Birds may be dipped in an A.I.L. solution (e.g. Pigeons and Poultry), if more convenient.
Liberally spray the cage and surrounds. Bird rooms, aviaries and feed storage areas should be sprayed or fogged (using an electronic fogger) with A.I.L. to reduce population of lice, mites, flies, mosquitoes, fodder mite and mealy moth.
