Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

In any uneventful situation, if we and our supplier ran out of stocks. We will call you and proceed for refund. 

International Orders
Your packages may be subjected to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local custom office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. 

Local Orders
For orders above $80 , we offer free delivery island-wide, not applicable to addresses including Pulau Ubin Island, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Changi Airport and restricted areas, (surcharges may apply for areas like e.g. Sentosa, Jurong Island, Cargo Ports and Shipyards.)

For orders below $80, a delivery fee of $10 will apply.
